You may return for a refund any of the products within 30 days of the receipt of your shipment. However, all products intended for ingestion must be in their original condition, that is:
On all products returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of the shipment, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. We're sorry but this is our fulfillment company's policy.
Also, on the products intended for digestion returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment – but in a damaged, unsellable condition (opened with seals broken), a special fee (up to 50%) will be charged at our discretion.
We can exchange products only if they are defective or carrier damaged.
Once we have received, inspected and processed the returned product/s, we will notify you via email of your refund.
You can expect the refund to be issued within three (3) business days after we receive your return.
Before you send your return, please email us first. We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization number along with the shipping instructions next business day.
After obtaining your RGA number, please send the product/s by a courier of our choice to the shipping address provided, along with a separate note with the RGA number.
Should you have the original packaging at your disposal, just put the product/s back inside and replace the old shipping label with a new return label provided by our fulfillment company.
