Return & Refund Policy

Before You Decide…

Although our naturopathic UTI products work well, the results – as stated on our website – may vary from person to person due to multiple factors that might have an adverse impact on your results.

Also, women trying to solve their urinary problems with our products, must keep in mind the fact that, statistically, about half (50 percent!) of female UTI symptoms actually are due to other conditions such as:

  • irritation of urethra due to excessive use of bubble bath, soaps, perfumes, sanitary napkins, spermicidal jellies, excessive intake of caffeine, or exposure to chemotherapy agents,
  • vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina), resulting in discharge, itching and pain,
  • candidiasis / yeast infection (fungal infection due to any type of Candida), resulting in vaginal discharge,
  • interstitial cystitis, also known as painful bladder syndrome (PBS), or
  • sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), such as chlamydia.

Some of these conditions accompany or even cause urinary tract infections, leading to a prolonged and difficult treatment, be it medical or alternative.

If Your Decision is Final…

You may return for a refund any of the products within 30 days of the receipt of your shipment. However, all products intended for ingestion must be in their original condition, that is:

  • un-opened,
  • not damaged or misused,
  • with the seals intact and unbroken.

Restocking Fee

On all products returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of the shipment, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. We’re sorry but this is our fulfillment company’s policy.

Also, on the products intended for digestion returned withing 30 days of receipt of the shipment – but in a damaged, unsellable condition (opened with seals broken), a special fee (up to 50%) will be charged at our discretion.

Exchanging Products

We can exchange products only if they are defective or carrier damaged.

Processing Your Refund

Once we have received, inspected and processed the returned product/s, we will notify you via email of your refund.

You can expect the refund to be issued within three (3) business days after we receive your return.

Sending Your Return

Before you send your return, please email us first. We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization number along with the shipping instructions next business day.

After obtaining your RGA number, please send the product/s by a courier of our choice to the shipping address provided, along with a separate note with the RGA number.

Should you have the original packaging at your disposal, just put the product/s back inside and replace the old shipping label with a new return label provided by our fulfillment company.

We Do Not Accept Products Returned After 30 Days of the Receipt of the Shipment.
